Ava Diamond, LCSW, has spent the last two and a half decades after graduating from Columbia University's Clinical Social Work program working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in unique ways to overcome significant life challenges well. Her expertise in emerging adulthood, midlife issues, parenting, and couples dynamics has resulted in positive growth in her clients who learn to live life more authentically and effectively. As a professional athlete, she has also created her niche with her Mental Fitness Coaching program that offers clinically-based support in a practical, strategic coaching model for those who are striving for increased clarity and conviction toward their goals (physically, professionally, and in relationships). Ms. Diamond has also blended together her continued education in the Narrative Medicine program at Columbia University School of Medicine with her years of experience in treating trauma and burnout in healthcare into an educational program that she teaches at Yale University School of Medicine to promote mental wellness for healthcare providers. Her Mental Fitness Coaching is offered nationally to clients via SKYPE and her office is based out of Ridgefield, CT.
