In this course, you will learn to differentiate ethics, morals, and the law and how to apply the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics to mock ethical dilemmas. Then, you will learn elements of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) relevant to the practice of occupational therapy. Requirements for licensure renewal and continuing competency and the supervision of OTAs, students, and aids are presented.
