The healthcare team’s ability to recognize and respond to chemical attacks or radiation exposure is critical to preparedness efforts. This course gives an overview of chemical agents that can be used as weapons and common radiation emergencies. It also discusses the symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of someone who has been exposed to chemical weapons or radiation.
