She has over 35 years of experience serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their supporters, including roles as direct support professional, early intervention teacher, IDD case manager, and executive director for an ICF/IID facility. Dr. Rhonda Davin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in the fields of developmental disabilities and autism.
