When this happens, a performance improvement plan, or PIP, can be a useful tool to help the person gain the skills or knowledge they need to succeed. In this course, you will learn about the purpose of a performance improvement plan and when to use one. You will also learn about strategies to successfully implement performance improvement plans for people you supervise.
