The skin is the largest organ in the body. In this lesson, we will look at the body system of which the skin is the primary component: the integumentary system. This system also includes accessory structures that support the skin - the hair, nails, sweat, and sebaceous glands, and even the nerves and blood vessels that supply the skin.
