Rachelle Blough is a Certified Recreational Therapist and Certified Dementia Practitioner and is a Vice President of Corporate Training with the National Council for Certified Dementia Practitioners. She has worked in the senior living field in skilled nursing, and assisted living, memory care and independent living over the last 22 years in various positons such as activities, memory care director, regional, corporate and national positions for various senior living companies. She is also the owner of her own consulting company.
