Caregiving 101: Physiological Aging & How It Affects Our Clients


As Caregivers, we must be mindful of the aging process and the effects it can have on our clients both physically and cognitively. Our ability to recognize these changes allows us to have a better understanding of what our clients are experiencing. This course will discuss factors of the aging process and how to best aid our clients by adapting in order to enable the highest quality of life and level of independence possible.

The books are based on the principles and core focus areas for communication, engagement and care taught to long term care professionals.  He has spoken to audiences from the largest at-home care company to insurance professionals, civic groups, and to the multinational audience of TEDx viewers.
