Interviewing Techniques

Just about all managers conduct job interviews, although many approach the task with a good deal of anxiety. They know that selecting the right people will have a huge impact on their team and on their own success. Further, hiring is one of riskiest decisions a manager can make, due to the potential harm the wrong hire can cause customers and other stakeholders, the team, and the organization as a whole. This course will help you achieve the two main goals of a job interview. First, to select from among the many applicants you are likely to have, the ones who should stay in consideration while screening out the rest. Second, and just as important, to present your organization as a desirable place to work to the top candidates in the market. This course is intended for all individuals in a leadership position who participate in selection or hiring decisions.
