In this Change Management 2: Leading the Implementation of Change course, you will explore strategies for planning and implementing change, as well as guiding your team through the change process. You will gain an understanding of the common reasons why most change efforts fail. You will learn how to effectively overcome these challenges and have the opportunity to assess the change readiness of your team. Successful change implementation requires a focus on the behaviors and attitudes of your team and employees to ensure they adapt to, and support, the change. You will identify the four stages of change and learn how to help your employees adapt to change effectively.
