Staff who engage in challenging behavior at work can drain management and supervisory resources. While ABA practitioners are compelled to adhere to BACB® task lists and ethical codes, some staff do not always do so consistently. Those who follow these guidelines and policies inconsistently require specialized management and supervision. This course will offer some ideas on how to manage staff who engage in challenging behavior.
The goal of this course is to provide behavior analysis professionals who have managerial and supervisory responsibilities with information about how to address challenging supervisee and staff behavior using an ABA perspective.
This training program is offered independent of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®).
