This course teaches speech-language pathologists (SLPs) how to perform a comprehensive voice assessment for adults. A series of case studies models how to interpret assessment results to determine a clinical diagnosis and recommend interventions and specialist referrals. Learners will be able to differentiate between disorders due to structural, neurogenic, and functional voice impairments. This is an overview and assessment course; other courses provide more in-depth information about interventions.
