Each Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE, must have a formal, written grievance process in place as well as an appeals process. This course will describe what these processes need to contain. However, it is critical that you are familiar with your specific organization’s policies and procedures for grievances and appeals.

The goal of this course is to teach administrator professionals in the PAC setting about the PACE program’s grievance process.
