Many children with autism have eating and feeding disorders that negatively impact their nutritional status and physical growth. Perseveration, fear of new foods, sensory, or medical issues are a few of the reasons why some children with autism fail to eat a variety of foods. This course will describe the issues, present ABA-based interventions, and provide implementation examples.The goal of this course is to provide information to behavior analysts on how to address feeding issues associated with individuals with autism. 
Participant complaints regarding this or any other BACB CE event requirements violations must first be directed, in writing, to the Relias Learning ACE Coordinator, Rhonda Davin, PhD. The ACE Coordinator will make every reasonable attempt to resolve participant complaints; however, should the ACE Coordinator be unable to resolve the complaint, the complainant may file a formal complaint directly with the BACB.
