Welcome to the RCPA Online Training Portal. In partnership with Relias Academy, we are proud to offer a selection of online training courses that will assist you in providing your valuable services to those who need them most. The training we offer covers topics such as Behavioral Health, Opioids/Substance Use Disorders, and Older Adults/Aging Process. “We use Relias in our organization for all of our required training needs. In addition, we can also keep track of outside trainings that employees attend as well as create new ones in Relias that fit our various program needs and regulatory requirements. It prints out transcripts for audits and such and sends reminders to employees for annual trainings as they come due. Employees can also access Relias from home which is great for our mobile staff. In addition, Relias has an extensive library of additional trainings that staff can access based on interest of education for themselves. Some of these topics do cost extra though such as trainings on autism.”
