All behavior has a root cause. The goal is to understand the cause. Once the cause is understood, you can change the course of the intervention. This course will help you understand verbal and nonverbal approaches when addressing behaviors with your client, as well as understand validation and common behaviors and interventions.

He has written articles and pieces for, A Place For Moms Alzheimers website, the National Parkinsons Foundation, McKnights Long Term Care Magazine and other publications and media outlets.
