In this Management and Leadership Fundamentals: Onboarding and Culture Development course, you’ll learn key tools and techniques for proper onboarding of employees at all levels, helping you establish a positive, productive environment right from the start. Failing to properly on-board employees results in poor performance and unnecessarily high turnover. We’ll cover best practices and lay out a plan and direction for the first six months of a new employee’s orientation and performance expectations.
