HOW DO I ADD MY LICENSE AFTER I PURCHASE A COURSE?

Go to My Academy and click Add Your License under License Management. From here you can input the appropriate license information, which is required to print a certificate for CEUs. Once the information is saved, to edit your license information, go to My Academy, click on Licenses, and select Manage License.

HOW DO I PRINT MY CERTIFICATE?

After reviewing all course material, you will need to pass the attached final exam and complete the course evaluation before you can access your certificate. Upon completion of the evaluation, your certificates can be found by going to My Academy, clicking on Courses, selecting the Transcript Tab, then navigating to the Certificates column and the View/Print button. Note: To receive a certificate for CEUs, you must input your license information.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR MODULES?

There are several ways to search for courses. You can search for modules that have CEUs you can apply towards your license by selecting Browse Courses by Profession. Once you select your Profession, select the State and then License on the left side of the page. You can also search by entering courses, topics, or your license into the search bar. If you have any difficulty locating a course, please call 1-844-735-2223 to speak with one of our Educational Advisors for assistance.

HOW DO I PURCHASE COURSES?

First add a course to your cart, and then select View Cart to see what courses you currently have selected. Click on Checkout to proceed, enter in your billing information, and then click Continue to be brought to the checkout confirmation screen. After verifying that your order is correct, click Place My Order to finalize your sale and receive your courses(s).

DISABLING POP-UP BLOCKERS

If you are encountering an issue with viewing your course or printing your certificates, you may need to disable your pop-up blockers. The steps to disable a pop-up blocker may vary by browser. Below are troubleshooting guides to disable desktop versions of the most common browsers:

HOW DO I TAKE A COURSE?

Go to My Academy, click on Courses, and select the play icon under the Actions column, which will launch the course in a new tab. From the new window, select Start or Continue to launch your course in a new window (pop-ups need to be disabled to view content). After you have viewed all of the course content, close out of the window in order to proceed to the final exam. When you have passed the final exam, a course evaluation is required if you would like a certificate. Once the evaluation is complete, click on the print certificate button where you will have the ability to select your previously entered license and the applicable certificate needed. If your certificate does not populate once you click Print Certificate, you may need to disable pop-ups.

I PURCHASED A COURSE, BUT I CANNOT FIND IT IN MY COURSES.

If you purchase a subscription such as the All Access subscription, you can access the available courses in that subscription by going to My Academy, selecting Courses, and then selecting the Subscriptions tab. Click on the green Show Courses button to view courses that are a part of the subscription, then you can enroll by clicking the Enroll button. Once enrolled, your courses will show up on My Academy – Courses and the Current Courses tab. If you have purchased a package of courses, these can be found by selecting My Academy, then Courses, and then navigating to the Packages tab.

WHAT ARE ASSIGNMENTS?

Courses and course packages can be purchased for other individuals using the Relias Academy Assignment system. Purchased Assignments are emailed to other learners who redeem them free of charge to access the course on their account. Once redeemed, learners can access the courses and complete them for CEUs in the same way they would complete courses they purchase on their account.

HOW DO I VIEW AN ASSIGNMENT THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO ME?

Assignments are assignable courses that can be bought on one account and sent to another for use by another learner. To view any assignments that have been sent to you, go to My Academy and click on the Courses button. On the Courses page, click on the Assignments tab to view any assignments that have been sent to you. From here, you can choose to redeem the assignments. Once redeemed, you can find them on your Courses page.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AND SEND AN ASSIGNMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Once an item is added to your cart, select the Assign Course to Others? checkbox and enter the desired quantity before completing your order. This will make the course(s) assignable to others. Once purchased, go to My Academy, and click on Assignments. From here, you will have the option to view available assignments and email them to other users to be redeemed.

30 DAY REFUND POLICY

If you find that a purchased course does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days from your date of purchase so long as the final exam has not been attempted.

Your course package or subscription may be refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase so long as you do not complete more than 3 courses.
