Delivering performance feedback is a pivotal skill for supervisors to have to incentivize and drive performance of their staff. This training reviews how and when performance feedback should be delivered as well as how to set meaningful goals and objectives. This training also reviews ways to resolve performance problems and ways to incentivize staff to improve performance. *Participant complaints regarding this or any other BACB CE event requirements violations must first be directed, in writing, to the Relias Learning ACE Coordinator, Rhonda Davin, PhD. Please contact Dr. Davin via email: ACECoordinator@reliaslearning.com. The ACE Coordinator will make every reasonable attempt to resolve participant complaints; however, should the ACE Coordinator be unable to resolve the complaint, the complainant may file a formal complaint directly with the BACB.

In 2008 Emaley McCulloch co-founded Autism Training Solutions, LLC and is currently the Director of Behavioral Products and Research at Relias Learning. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analysts and holds a Masters Degree in Special Education. She has 17 years experience in the field of autism and ABA and has provided and overseen services to individuals between the ages of 18 months to 24 years in homes, schools and clinical settings. For eight years she served as a consultant and supervisor at agencies based in Hawaii and Japan where she trained groups of professionals and parents. Emaley’s passion is staff training, dissemination of evidenced-based interventions, film and videography and using technology in the field of behavior analysis and special education. Instructor: Janet Lund, PhD, BCBA-D
Dr. Janet Lund received her PhD from Florida State University in 1999. She is a BCBA-D and past president of the Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis. Dr. Lund is a member of the Behavior Analysis Peer Review Committee for the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. She currently provides behavioral services to individuals with disabilities in homes, schools, agency settings, and in the community. She also works in the field of Organizational Behavior Management with Aubrey Daniels International where she utilizes the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to consult with organizations to improve staff performance. In addition, she is the Director of Autism Services at Integrated Behavioral Solutions and a Founding Partner of DataFinch Technologies.
